| The power transformer is one of the important equipment in the electrical power system. Its safe running is of great importance for ensuring the security and reliability of electrical power system running. Using the transformer winding distorton Tester to carry out state inspection and fault diagnosis has the extremely vital significance for promptly discovering the transformer's hidden danger, avoiding the accident's occurrence. and enhancing security and reliability of the transformer operation.This paper contain four parts: Basic knowledge of transformer winding deformation measure, Introduction of embedded system design (hardware design and software design). The basic knowledge is introduced in the first two parts: several methods of transformer winding deformation testing are introduced and compared, especially for the diagnosis principle and model. The concepts and components of the embedded systems are also introduced in this part, especially for the replant of Linux to the ARM. The latter two parts describe the way to carry out the ideas that addressed beforehand. For simplifying the hardware, the S3C2410A is used in which the USB controller, the LCD controller and SD controller are equipped. Inorder to meet the system requirements, the Sweep Frequency Signal Generator, the High Speed Data Acquisition, Storing and Data Processing blocks ware designed. In the software, the ARM program for I/O, the data acquisition,LCD and serial communication based on the Linux operating system are introduced. Considering the delay caused by communication and the resource distribution of the system, the system is designed into several courses to increase the efficiency. |
