The distribution network plan is important component of national economy and the social development in the power supply region, simultaneously also is the great importance the work before carrying on the electrical power system expansion construction. Growing day by day along with the electrical power distribution system load, gradually it enhances to the power supply quality and the reliable request, and carrying on the distribution network plan is possible reasonably to obtain the huge social efficiency and the economic efficiency. How can the line the wiring achieve in the distribution network superiorly, which is important question in the distribution network plan the wiring, which is also important component of the power distribution network planning. At present, in the distribution network wiring, plans the personnel usually by reason of own experience, the proper attention to both network architecture, every districts condition and so on various aspect's restriction factor carries on the manual wiring, causing the plan frequently is very inaccessibility superiorly moreover the plan time is excessively slow, it serious influence distribution network plan and transformation progress and quality.The geographic information system is an emerging discipline which emerged in the 1970s, as a result of its formidable data management and spatial analysis ability, which has widely applied in each domain. Carrying on the distribution network plan based on the geography information, one hand can demonstrate intuitively the plan which needs spatial data and attribute data, and enhancement plan interactive and intuitive, on the other hand uses functions and so on GIS spatial analysis, resource distribution and optimal path choice, which can obviously reduce the time of the distribution network plan, like avoiding the position which conveniently the mountainous region, the rivers and so on are not suitable, closing actual state chooses the transformer substation station site and the air line corridor, which causes the plan result to meet the actual requirement. Along with the electrical network scale's day-by-day expansion, seeking one more scientific plan method and the convenience practical plan supports the platform becomes the present electrical network plan the trend of development. Based on this consideration, this document following research: This article is mainly utilizes the software engineering the method, unifies the distribution network synthesis automation the actual need, has studied distribution network's optimized plan technology with emphasis, and has developed a set of general visualization power distribution wire table plan application software. This software uses the object-oriented programming method design completely, having the good versatility, the contact surface is friendly, the simplicity of operator, easy to maintain and so on merits.This software can shoulder the geographic coordinate to transform as the screen coordinate, and demonstrates on the screen, the utilization district plan's thought that completes the county level power distribution wire table to optimize the plan question. This article optimized the plan system's function to the distribution network to carry on the comprehensive analysis, including the data feeds and the transformation, the data storage, the data demonstrated that the data revised, district processing, the region optimization, the data to assign out with the data revision as well as with database creation contacting and so on.The practice will prove that this system function will be perfect, the easy to operate, will satisfy the physical demand completely, may further raise the power supply enterprise's management level.
