It puts forward countermeasure and solution for influence degree of the Water supply.At present, the South-North Water Transfer Project 'social benefits have been recognized by many experts, but the research that the impact and countermeasures on the local water supply system after the river switch is little. In this paper, based on a comprehensive collection, review, analysis of the water supply system and combined with specific requirements of Hebei Province and South-North Water Transfer Project Planning, the problem how to dispose with water supply system after the river switch is studied deeply. The main contents of study are as follows:â‘ Investigate the existing urban water supply project and the survey information is collated, analyzed.â‘¡Based on the knowledge of principles of economics, engineering management, project finance, water resources science and so on, the effects which caused by Baoding river diversion project to the existing water supply facilities are analyzed.â‘¢According to general requirements of Hebei Province and Baoding City South-North Water Transfer Project Planning, the initial programmes to solve the problem are raised.â‘£The optimal programme is selected by using technical method of system analysis.This paper describeds the influence and countermeasure by investigation for the water supply of Baoding city with the coming of the southern water. It provides theoretical basis for the feasibility study report. It has very important practical significance for remission of deficiency on water resources and safety water supply.
