Abstract/Summary:
Concrete is one of the most important modern building materials. With China's rapid development both on economy and science and techonology, the separation of conctete production from the tranditional construction system and being commercialized indicated that the moderen conctete technology has been mature. Meanwhile, the need of concrete mixer must be increased and with higer requirements for larger-scale of infrastructure constructions in the future, certainly, concerte mixing station will also pursue more benifinets through the better qulity controlling system and equipment configuration.Embedded system, which is based on computer science and technology, is a special computer system with highly requirements on the characters that both software and hardware can be clipped and the function, reliability, cost, volume as well as power consumption of its own. In this thesis, a whole new automatic controlling system for concrete mixing station based on embedded controlling system was put forward. With strong controlling functions, this new system can enhance its reliability for long time working.The controlling system consists of three parts including core controlling system, material weighing system and human machine interface (HMI). In this thesis, the design on both hardware and software of the three parts were presented and discussed. Taken Linux as the operation system, S3C2410A CPU based on the ARM architecture is adopted in the controlling system. Also relative theories such as the methodology of embedded Linux system development, the cutting and editing of the inner core, the conformation of the root file systems as well as the writing of Boot Loader were introduced in this thesis. On the aspect of the material weighing, the newly introduced measurement—the subtraction measurement increases the weighing precision of the system; at the same time, the controlling calculation method which was based on PID manages to control automatically the material weighing system with high stability. Besides, taken the Windows CE as the operation system, the HMI updates the monitoring scene, thus the operator can handle the control of the whole production process. Moreover, on the premise that all the basic functions could be implemented, the reliability and the capacity of fault-tolerance of the system were taken in consideration in the thesis, and finally the three elements were combined together to form the research object of the thesis—An automatic controlling system for concrete mixing station based on embedded system.In the last chapter, conclusions were illustrated, and the value of the automatic controlling system for concrete mixing station was put forward including both the advantages and disadvantages of this controlling system as well as further study for developing this system.
