With the rapid development of our economy construction and the increasing investment on the basic facilities in our country, the development of commercial concrete is increasing fast. So the auto control concrete mixing station has gotten attentions because of buildup with industry computer, PLC, control panel and control cabinet. Although the commonly concrete mixing station can meet the concrete mixing station's technology, but it has some disadvantage such as big cubage, high cost, unstable communication. Base on this disadvantage, we put forward an economical embedded concrete mixing station and it mainly composed of ARM processor, Linux system, PLC, and analyzed the requirement of this embedded control system, then designed monitor and control system.Firstly, this thesis makes out the background and significance of the subject. Presented a overview of the state of art in concrete mixing station controlling system and the problem required to be resolved, and the major work that should be done by this thesis, then analyzed the control flow and technology demand by the concrete mixing station, and different control schemes in current concrete mixing station controlling system, with these analysis , thesis proposed overall solution that to be used in embedded concrete mixing station control.Secondly, design the monitor and control system's hardware circuit diagram base on the representations for embedded system product. Series circuit, USB circuit, Ethernet circuit were illustrated in details. The principle and extensibility of this design also be introduced in this paper. Finally, embedded Linux system is analyzed, illustrated embedded Linux development modules, the set up process of the monitor and the control system's developing platform, emphasized the realization of the key device driver application software, the principle and realization of the boot loader were illustrated in detail. The leading Qt/Embedded system on technology is analyzed deeply.
