The new technology, new material flows out continuously in the construction engineering realm, along with the booming development of the nation construction business. The cast-in-site girderless hollow floor slab with the high-strength thin-wall bamboo core is a new structural system after the joist-girder floor slab, ribbed floor slab, unbonded prestressed floor slab. For its great advantages as larger room, big-bay and dividing the room at ease of a building, more and more people have adopted it. It's a great innovation in architecture structure with much excellence, such as high rate of proportion to performance, satisfied to people's need, and graveness socio-economic value.The floor slab with bamboo core is a new hollow floor slab, which is made up of concrete decorationed with certain quantity high permanent prefabricated and thin wall box mold. Because the floor slab with bamboo core appears as a new technology, technical research concerning about it is less. The thesis has carried on a further research to the technology combines experiment and factual concrete engineering. The main research contents and result of the thesis are as follows:Prime, the parallel trial is completed with a short-term load to it under the same situation, one is a piece of four directions simple support reinforced concrete floor slab with bamboo core, the other is a piece of four directions simple support reinforced concrete floor slab with the same size but a solid bidirectional flat panel. The contrast experiments indicates, the breakage organization of the bamboo core floor slab and solid bidirectional flat panel is very alike under the same equalization carries, but the former's performance is superior to the latter obviously. Compared with the common solid floor slab, the whole function of the floor slab with bamboo core is better, with greater rigidity and less deflection, it's applicable to big pillar net structure.Secondary, several design methods of hollow floor slab are introduced, through specific examples of project, the floor slab with bamboo core was convenient calculated by the method of analogue-beam.Once more, this paper focused on the construction technology of floor slab with bamboo core, and the key and difficulty of it is to solve the problem of core floating in the pouring and displacement, and the density between bamboo core and concrete issue. Through specific construction project, a certain amount of construction plan and resolution measures about above questions are given.In the end, the floor slab with bamboo core, the common pigsty beam floor slab, one-way beam and one-way floor slab, oversize floor slab with flat beam are compared in economy realm. It provides a basis for reference to construction units and design staff while using the cast-in-site girderless hollow floor slab with the high-strength thin-wall GBF bamboo core in future.The main principle of choosing and making sure a kind of reasonable building floor slab is as follows: applicable function, reasonable economy.
