The pile foundation bearing, and can meet most complex foundation, so pile foundation has been widely applied in the project. And the quality problems are often caused pile foundation Accident. Therefore, the quality of pile foundation detection is crucial. Generally in the circumstances of designs meet the norms, if the integrity of the pile meet the requirement, pile capacity tends to meet requirements. Therefore, for the concrete piles, integrity testing of piles is particularly important. In the pile integrity testing, because of the advantages of easy to operate and a comprehensive, ultrasonic are widely used. Therefore, it is necessary to further study. This has important significance for building works.In this paper, firstly study the basic principle and ultrasonic methods of detection; secondly analyze the relationship between the concrete quality and the acoustic parameters when ultrasonic wave propagation in concrete; and then Summarize the characteristics of all the acoustic parameters. On the various existing pile quality criteria and methods, summarize their existing problems. Thus propose the need for a comprehensive evaluation.This paper studied the theory of fuzzy math, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and its application in various fields, and found the failure of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the commonly used model. This paper gave mathematical proof for that, and put forward their own proposals and enhancement. On this basis, this paper combine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and pile integrity testing, and then propose a set of new and reasonable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the integrity of the pile.In order to verify the feasibility of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation proposed by this paper, the paper will use many piles for analysis and authentication. In the test, this paper will compare evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the current evaluation method. There are indeed some not-ideal places in the current evaluation method, but the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in this paper solve these deficiencies, and achieved good results.
