As hidden construction work, Pile foundation engineering construction technology is complex and uncertainty, many factors make pile construction difficulty, quality problem are easy to appear in construction process, and the quality of pile foundation is directly related to the security of the whole project, so inspection of the quality of pile foundation is very important. At present there are many method of detection of the quality of pile foundation, ultrasonic transmission detecting method, as no damage detection technology, has been widespread used, with advantagse like easy to use, simple and quick, is not influenced by depth and pile diameter, high sensitivity, can accurate positioning defect position and low cost. Acoustic transmission method is a kind of test method to test pile body completeness, ultrasonic apparatus can sent and receive acoustic signals by ultrasound transducer which is embedded in the pipe, through the actual ultrasonic wave in a concrete internal communication, relative variation of acoustic parameters such as wave velocity, wave volatility and PSD value Can inspect the pile body completeness.This paper is about the basic principle and method of the bridge pile foundation ultrasonic testing, Firstly some basic principles of the method,usage of the instrument equipment and detailed test method have been presented, combining with specific practice data, conduct a detailed analysis of the acoustic parameters such as acoustic wave velocity,amplitude, frequency and the relationship between the concrete quality and those parameters. Secondly, a more detailed presentation has been given about ultrasonic transmission method apply in determination of pile foundation quality result, and considering the measured data, summarize various defects and what variation of acoustic parameters are they corresponded to. based on existing determination method in the standards, this paper will apply The comprehensive judgment method of fuzzy mathematics to quality evaluation of ultrasonic pile foundation, conduct fuzzy comprehensive judgment on acoustic parameters like wave velocity, amplitude, wave shape so as to make comprehensive judgment of quality level of pile foundation.This paper is combining with the Practical Situations of evaluation of bridge pile foundation in GuZhu Han highway engineering, combine ultrasonic testing technology with got sampling by cores drilling from concrete, under the condition of comprehensively consider intrinsic defects of concrete, use ultrasonic testing technology to carry out intensive measure and obliquely measure so as to discriminating the specific location of defects, find out the cause of the defects through construction technology, and then use sampling to check the accuracy of ultrasonic inspection, through the two detection method, Make analysis and summary of various defects and what variation of acoustic parameters are they corresponded to.
