The Research On The Application Of The Highway Tunnel's Construction Monitoring-measuring And The Quality Checking-technology

With the rapid development of national traffic construction and increasing number of highway tunnels, more and more geologic problems have been met with in tunnel construction. As an important method of safety insuring, design optimizing, construction instructing, progress of monitoring and measuring technique is a matter of great significance for tunnel construction in bad geologic area. Nowadays, there are lots of problems still exited in engineering practice, such as imperfect monitoring technique, less scientific monitoring data process, less betimes data applying, less systematic information feedback and so on.. On the basis of former research of highway tunnel monitoring technique and theory, this thesis gives a systematic description of construction monitoring design, monitoring content, actualizing method, data process and quality examination technology combining with Jing Wuhuang (chang) highway. Main conclusions are as follows:First,according to geological environment and the need of tunnel construction, combining with Jing Wuhuang (chang) highway, the paper elaborates the monitoring and measuring content, the monitor frequency, the monitor project and the measuring point build and the observation and so on; Simultaneously it introduces the construction and principle of monitoring and measuring, formulates all kinds of data record form, report and warning submission system.Second, on the base of monitoring and measuring data processing request and regression analysis, according to Jing Wuhuang (chang) highway, this paper analysis the achievement, appraises its design and whether the construction plan is reasonable or not.Thirdly, In view of each kinds of common quality question during highway tunnel construction, this paper proposes examination project and evaluation criteria; This paper analysis tunnel structure lining work and anchor rod quality examination in detail, summarizes the different lining work quality question typical radar oscillogramand anchor rod anchor quality oscillogram.According to using of the monitoring and measuring technique&data processing, the safety of the tunneling construction can be insured by tech support and academic certify. Also, credible technical bases can be given for the optimizing and designing of the tunnel parameter which has designed.
