The information monitoring and measurement in tunnel construction is one of the mostimportant components of New Austria Tunneling Method. However, the constructionenvironment varies very much and there exist all kinds of unfavorable geology that arechanging dynamically, which makes a low credibility of the first monitoring data. In orderto fairly reflect the variation of tunnel construction and provide a credible gist for the laterconstruction, it has the extremely vital significance to properly process the monitoringdata.In the thesis, with the case of Shangguang tunnel construction, we conduct research onthe processing method of the monitoring data and the safety comprehensive assessment.The main contents include:(1)Different processing ways towards different monitoring data are analyzed, andsuitable mathematical model is proposed to process the monitoring data in tunnelconstruction. Traditional gross error processing methods have many defects like grosserrors may pollute and cover each other. Therefore, in this paper, we adopt the methodUnascertained Filtering (UF) to detect the gross error, and we’ve made some improvementto UF. The selected monitoring items include the vault sink in the cave, horizontalconvergence and stress of surrounding rock. By analyzing these data, the effectiveness ofUF is verified, which provides better guidance for construction site.(2)According to the tunnel construction monitoring data having the characteristic ofrandomness, intellectual, gray and fuzziness, a comprehensive safety evaluationmethodology based on blind number theory is introduced in this article, the observationinformation in the form of blind number to express. Based on the blind informationconcept, the blind date theory is used to deal with the various influencing factors andacquire the results of a comprehensive evaluation. A new method is proposed for a safetycomprehensive evaluation in the tunnel construction based on blind date theory.(3)In order to cut down the amount of calculation and make the calculation procedure modeled, while working the comprehensive safety assessment using Blind Number Theory,The programs was written by making use of java language and Microsoft Access database,which contributes to rapid comprehensive assessment and convenient safety control inlater construction.
