For some wind resources are abundant and the sunshine hours is long in remote areas, electricity being provided often needs the laying of a long transmission line. This spent a lot of resources. At the same time, in these areas, highways and railway equipment also need to control of information through the transmission line to provide electricity. There is an urgent need for a low-cost device to provide a stable and reliable electricity.With the deterioration of global climate and energy crisis, renewable clean energy increasingly respected by the people. With the development of the power electronics and information technology, the technology was difficult to overcome, Wind power generation in the VSCF technology, the material in photovoltaic power generation technology, the inverter SPWM waveform control, and so on in the year to A breakthrough has been made. The topic of wind power and the use of photovoltaic power generation with a traffic control equipment provide electricity, which is rich in resources in the wind and sunshine of a long time in remote areas is particularly important.This research has the basic structure and control strategy of the system for Wind Power and photovoltaic power. IGBT inverter used as a switching device, using TI's DSP as the TMS320F2407 inverter control chips used effectively to achieve the design requirements. Through the wind power and photovoltaic power generation will be the principle and structure of the two power generation methods organically integrate it to be stable and continuous traffic control equipment for power. At the same time, the inverter design uses a digital control system to increase the controllability and stability.
