The continuous development of society has led to the increasingly serious environmental pollution and aggravation of the global energy crisis. In order to achieve the sustainable development of human society, the development and utilization of new energy is imperative. Wind power generation, solar power generation and biomass generation now are relatively stable and mature technology, however, due to the season, circadian, climate and other factors, they usually cannot continuous and stable supply energy independently. Based on these three complementary natures of the energy in time and space, wind solar and biomass combined power generation system could compensate the problem caused by days and nights alternating and intermittent of climate change, provides stable power continuously. This system can be used in remote village or island of which the geographical conditions are special. The control system is studied in this paper, specifically mainly includes following several aspects:Research on the principle and method of wind power, solar power and biomass generation and battery controlling, designing the structure of the system, analysis of each part of the system structure and operation principle, characteristic of the key part in the system is described in detail and its role in the system and its control strategy is studied. Researching and designing each part's control method, for wind and solar power system, taking maximum power point tracking control(MPPT), using the perturbation method, so it can always stay at the maximum power point. The total circuit control is based on the change of light intensity and the wind speed, switching to different state.Biogas generator is a small steam turbine, served as backup power, being activated in the case of insufficient power supply. Battery is in the circuit in any condition, plays a stabilizing role for supporting DC bus voltage: when other generated-energy is too high, charging the battery; when other generated-energy is low, the battery will discharge to provide energy to the system. Finally, constructing system models, including wind power model, photovoltaic model, biogas generator model and battery model, then simulating the entire control system based on MATLAB/Simulink.
