Based on its special excellent performance and advantage, vibratory piling machine has steadily become the focus to be studied and developed in the world.A hydraulic vibratory pile hammer is a new type of environment-friendly pile machine which depends on oil pressure to generate eccentric vibration and forces the soil to vibrate so that the soil can be liquefied for easy pile sinking. The domestic theory of hydraulic vibratory pile hammer falls behind and there are no mature products of our own; In overseas, the hydraulic vibratory hammer has come out for more than 20 years, their products are much more mature, but their researches for the theory of pile sinking especially for the resistance of pile sinking are not enough. The domestic and foreign hydraulic vibratory pile hammers have common problems: on one hand, at present the hydraulic control engineering level of various hydraulic vibratory pile hammers is prevalently low and the functions are all simple; On the other hand, its frequency and amplitude modulation frameworks are complex, so that the machinery failure rate is prevalently high, therefore, the direction towards high performance of facilities is restricted. The major content and conclusion of this paper are generalized as follows:Firstly, this thesis has a comprehensive description and analysis about the development of vibration pile hammer at home and abroad. In this paper, we have introduced the theoretical Study Status of vibratory hammer, domestic and international development of the status, structure principle and typical hydraulic system of pile hammer. And we have a detailed summary and analysis about the stepless frequency and amplitude modulation frameworks and vibration isolation system of hydraulic vibration hammer.Secondly, an two degree of freedom mathematical model during piling of hydraulic vibration hammer is given. Based on mathematical model, computer simulation and analysis is carried out. The changing rule of displacement, velocity, acceleration can come to a decision from simulation plot during vibration process of pile hammer. Research on simulation will be instructive in improving and optimizing design of its parameter and provides a theoretical basis to further research production prototype. |
