Hydraulic piling hammer is one of the piles driving machines that driving prefabricated piles into the ground in the construction of piles foundation such as construction, bridge, dock, etc. it uses the liquid with high pressure as the driving medium and changes the hydraulic power into driving power to accomplish the piling function. As a kind of hydraulic piling hammer with special working mechanism, relatively simple structure and excellent performance, nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer is one of ideal hydraulic piling hammers product. At present, the similar researching is almost blank at home and abroad.Nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer is a new-style construction machinery. As a new product, it is developed under the background that more and more countries pay more attention to the environmental protection. So it is very meaningful to engage in researching design theory for the nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer.This paper is based upon the scientific research on the nitrogen-Inflating hydraulic piling hammer ZCY-70, has the main parameters and the hydraulic pipelines analysis for the whole system, Firstly, the paper introduced the structural characteristics and working mechanism, analyzed the main parameters and the characteristics of key components of the nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer. Then on the basis of in-depth anglicising the working mechanism of nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer, established the non-linear mathematical model for it, and made use of the Simulink in MATLAB to simulate and analyse the mathematical model, the result of the simulation showed the parameters affect the property of nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer. Thirdly, analyzed and researched how the pipelines influent the qualities of the hydraulic system, and optimized the high and low pressure pipelines and the return pipelines, got a group of optimization pipelines size. Finally, according to the structural characteristic and its special working mechanism of the researching object, used the principle of the Air-Pressure indirect testing method to test the dynamic performance of nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer, the results of testing verified the mathematical model and the simulation can reflect the performance of the system, it is feasible. The research results will play an important instructing role in theory to the design and production of the nitrogen-inflating hydraulic piling hammer. The profound researches of its internal conducting rules provide significant technical foundation for the technique improving and product upgrading.
