This paper mainly studies the principle, performance and the relative parameters of the hydraulic system and electric control system to the whole performance of a hydraulic falling hammer machine which is specified for the defending pile along the expressway. The fundamental functions of the machine has been realizied by designing of the structure, hydraulic system, and automatic control systems and proved by testing measurement. At this basis, the author uses AMESim( Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulation of engineering systems) to simulate the working of hydraulic systems with different principle,different parts and different parameters, such as double or single function cylinder, with or without hydraulic controlled one-way valve, and to compare and optimize the principle, parts and parameters. This is helpful for developing this kind hammer machine with high efficiency. And also the functions of automatic pile driving, heavy and light beating, required height controlling has been realized under the control system. |
