This topic through the experiment verified the primary factor that mortar efflorescence produced, including ingredient and as well as external environment influence. And analyzed the efflorescence mineral constituent by XRD analysis and SEM .Simultaneously used image processing software Image-ProPlus6.0 to Appraisal mortar. .efflorescence. Through using fly-ash, water-reducing agent, expansive agent, and waterproofing agent to inhibit the phenomenon of efflorescence, and designed orthogonal analyzes to analyze the factors influencing prioritizing. Initially developed the reasonable ratio inhibitor.of efflorescence.The analysis revealed: fly ash, water-reducing agent, expansive agent, and waterproofing agent can vary degree of efflorescence. Simultaneously the grain composition and external environment's humidity and the temperature also play the certain extent role to the mortar efflorescence.. Inhibition of the efflorescence from strong to weak: fly ash, expansive agent, water-reducing agent, waterproofing agent, grain composition. The best ratio of efflorescence inhibition: 30% fly ash, 6% expansive agent, 0.8% water-reducing agent, 0.3% waterproofing agent and grain composition(40-70):(70-140)=1:3 . The experiment had carried finally also on clean attempt to efflorescence on surface of mortar and it was reference to actual project.
