| Ⅰ. SummarizationSince reform and opening, the industry of building materials has largely developed and made greater contribution to the economic development and reform and opening than ever before. But the backward situation of the industry hasn't been converted, it doesn't adapt to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standard. It is important problem for the industry to fit the new situation in the conditions of science and technology's fast advance and rapid economy growth. The demand and the quality of structural material will be bigger with the rapid economy growth and larger scale of construction of buildings, especially the people's living standard will be more and more growth and demand to improve the functions, performance and decorative effect and so on. As conventional floor material-cement mortar, it has a great role in building construction to meet demands of people for their lives and building functions. Under the condition of construction technique and construction technology of that, the construction using cement mortar provides many jobs to workers. However, limited by the condition of science and technology in that say, it inevitably has many shortcoming and problem in the course of construction. Requirements of the utilizing standards and comfortable degree of buildings increasingly raise with the enhance of standard of physical and civilization life of people. The conventional cement mortar can't meet these new requirements. Though people can decorate the floor, it can't create a good precondition for later construction because of its quality defects in the leveling. Towards construction organization because it must low the construction charge, reduce the construction time, demand the more good construction quality, the cement mortar floor can't satisfy with these requirements. The self-leveling cement mortar is the innovation and development of the conventional cement mortar in order to solve these problem. Ⅱ. Internal and overseas general situationThe start of China's study of self-leveling materials is relatively late. The first study was conducted by Wu Han University of technology. Because of project nature, it's content isn't known. In 1994 Liao Ning Chao Yang secondly Building ConstructionCompany and Liao Ning Liao Yang Architectural Design Institute studied and developed the self-leveling floor of imitating porcelain and sound insulator. In recent two years Bei Jing Building Materials Scientific Academe studied and developed the self-leveling floor of single ingredient materials which fit our country.The overseas self-leveling are divided into two class: 1. gypsum series; 2. cement series. The product is sold with the sack, (per sack 30kg). It can be used when adding water on the site , but some product didn't consist fine aggregate, so fine aggregate must be added on the site. Countries which can produce the self-leveling materials are Japan, America, Germany, Finland, et al. Ⅲ. Theory analysis and preparations before experimentThrough analysis of auxiliary materials' physics and chemistry, we can find primary composition which constitutes their structure. At the same time we can inspect their special properties which are expressed on the projects through trial in order to be contented with targets of self-leveling mortar. The principal characteristic of self-leveling mortar is self-leveling characteristic. The assurance of self-leveling characteristic demands enough mobility (spreading ). So the problem that we must solve first in the text is mobility of mortar,We can control mobility by use of high effect water-reducing agent, pulverous coal ash and through regulation of water cement ratio. In the precondition of mobility contented with use requirement, we can, solve other parameter indexes in order to content with use requirement.Expect of improvement workability of cement mortar, increase of mobility, water -reducing agent have effects on cement stone structure as follows: increasing of strength, density, durability,... |
