Study On The Plant Landscape And Its Appraisement Of The Last Residential Zone In Sanhe City

With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization has been continuously accelerated. Owing to the needs of municipal constructions, the residents living in the central part of city have been forced to move to the outskirts of the city. As a result, many cities have gradually expanded to outskirts and some new suburban residential groups have been appearance, According to the demands of returning to the nature of metropolitan residents and embodying the subject of"Urbanization makes life more pleasant", the government of Sanhe has increased the environment of the newly built residences, especially the suburban ones. Under the guide of ecology principles and the sense of plant landscape, a lot of new types of residential districts have been built as eight new-built district as example in this paper. Improving the residentian landscape reasonably can improve people's living environment effectively and also improve the face of urban. The quality of planting landcape dicides the quality of residential landscape. The planting landscape of resident should have scientific, functional and landscape characters, and so that the evaluation of planting landscape of residential garden is very important.Based on a lot of correlative data and fact-investigation, this article recommends the conception and development of Residential Planting Landscape, analyses the status of the eight resident in Beijing and suggests that Residential Planting Landscape in Sanhe can divided into three kinds, combined with the type of green space, plant category, plant quantity and concrete plant arrangement models, such as the Chinese Style landscape, the Europe Style landscape and the Modern Style landscape.Using AHP model and the method of Tang Dong-qin (researcher revised before carrying out the standard), this article builds the evaluation of Residential Planting Landscape in Sanhe, among them, total scores are 10,"best"category are more than 8.0, the synthesis scores of the"good"category are between 7.0 and 8.0, the synthesis scores of"middle"category are between 6.5 and 7.0, the synthesis scores of"bad"category are less than 6.5. The synthesis scores of the Yijiangnan is 6.09, the Oriental Hawaii is 6.73, White moon of milkyway is 6.64, BaihuaJiaYuan is 6.63, NarrDan Burg is 6.59, WanXiangXinTian is 7.38, Toptown is 5.99 and merlinbay is 5.98. Obviously, the plant landscape of the eight residents can divided into good, middle and bad three categories, among them the synthesis scores of the"good"category more than 7.0, including the WanXiangXinTian; the synthesis scores of"middle"category between 6.5 and 7.0, including the Oriental Hawaii, White moon of milkyway, BaihuaJiaYuan and NarrDan Burg; the synthesis scores of the"bad"category less than 6.5, including the Yijiangnan, Toptown and merlinbay.According to different styles of residential plant communities and the results of the evaluation of its landscape, this study summarized six beautiful plant configuration models suitable for different residential landscape garden styles and took the Plant configuration model suitable for Chinese garden style garden which is center for water used in practice and survey the practice.According to the survey, evaluation, the results of various stages of practice, summed up the status and problems of the plant landscape design in Beijing residential contemporary and find the way to solute the problem.
