| Under the background of Western Development and implementing the scientific concept of development to creat a harmonious society, with the guidance of systematic thinking and the idea of sustainable development, it is realistically significant for speeding up its infrastructure construction and promoting the sustainable development of Northwest China to discuss the infrastructure's planning approach of small towns in Northwest China with fragile ecological environment and behindhand infrastructure.The thesis is mainly composed of the theory&methodology research and the practice&case research.Through correlative theories, such as system theories, urban ecology, ecologization of urban infrastructure, dynamic planning and so on, as well as its practical research in urban planning, the part of theory&methodology research seeks for the theoretical base of the town infrastructure planning which can reflect systematic thoughts and be in favor of towns' sustainable development. Further in combination with the current situation, existing problems and characteristics of planning and construction about small towns in northwest region and its infrastructure the paper discusses the planning approach of small towns infrastructure under the guidance of systematic thoughts and the idea of sustainable development from the following three aspects:improving infrastructure systems to enhance the overall system functions, strengthening the infrastructure system's ecologization and increasing the flexibility of small towns infrastructure system.Based on the special field investigation and deep rational analysis to the typical small town, the part of practice and case studies tentatively practices to the small towns infrastructure planning methods embodying systematic thinking and the idea of sustainable development. Finally the thesis puts forward the following constructive opinions on infrastructure planning of small towns in the northwestern region of China: 1, Improve infrastructure systems and gradually break the bottleneck of systems development to enhance the overall function of system;2, Through strengthening the development and utilization of renewable energy, the ecological treatment of environmental pollution and the construction of comprehensive urban disasters prevention and security system, improve the ecological level of urban infrastructure;3, By improving the infrastructure system's expanding adaptability and increasing the complexity and advancement of infrastructure network, enhance the flexibility and dynamic adaptability of urban infrastructure systems;4, Strengthen the application of systematic analysis methods in the planning of urban infrastructure systems. |
