Stusy On Town Planning And Infrastructure Investment

In this paper, town planning and infrastructure investment, which are concerned by the government, are studied. By the combination of statistic analysis and typical interviews, normative analysis and case study, macroanalysis and microanalysis, this dissertation has made a deeply research on the problems of town building and planning. The town- planning's lodestars, content, ways and implementary guarantee are Summarized .The application of the geography information system in town planning and management is also discussed in this paper. The dissertation made a quantification study on the infrastructure investment by using economic models and marginal cost of analysis. Based on the study, the author argues and validates the infrastructure investment dependence on fiscal hypothesis. Based on the fiscal policy analysis, the author discussed the possibility and path that market economy system actively act on infrastructure construction and investment.
