Traffic Impact Analysis(TIA)has become an important procedure in project examining and approving of urban traffic plan in big cities of our country, and is an important measurement of how engineering project in fluencies urban traffic.Traffic Impact Analysis(TIA)is to study the inner link between land-use and urban traffic, and reveal the traffic impact of development behavior, explore means and policy to reach harmony between land-use and urban traffic. This dissertation focuses on the large-scale commercial buildings which induces trip largely and impacts urban traffic system increasingly serious. In view of the features of large commercial buildings, this paper firstly discusses the interactive mechanism of urban traffic and the large-scale commercial building and then establishes a TIA system of large commercial buildings by taking commercial location in to consideration.Through the analysis of the interrelation between the large-scale commercial architecture and traffic, the essence of TIA is revealed and a new procedure of TIA analysis is given. In addition, other preparation work and practical methods of TIA is thoroughly analyzed and researched. The study area and traffic demand forecast are essentials in project traffic impact assessment,in combination with the characteristics of the large-scale commercial architecture development.Study on TIA of the large-scale commercial buildings.Through research many kinds of traffic forecast method, one simply kind forecast method is proposed. Finally, unified the example to carry on the evaluation and the confirmation to the large-scale commercial buildings transportation influence. The research, the conclusion and the achievement of this paper, have certain guiding sense to TIA of the large-scale commercial buildings and the management the practice to.
