Analyse And Research On The Enternal Traffic Design Of Large-scale Commercial Buildings In Guangzhou

With the development of the economy, people’s living standards have been improvedconstantly. Especially in the21st century, along with spiritual and leisure demand’s growing,the large-scale commercial buildings have played more and more improtant role in the city.Our consumer behavior develops to a wide range of direction, and the modernexperientialmodel instead of the traditional business model.However, with the expansion of the commercial scale and the increase of the number ofcar ownership, the commercial peripheral and its own traffic system are also faced with theunprecedented challenges. In order to alleviate the contradiction between the consumer andthe traffic demand, make the enternal traffic give service to the city and business preferably, itis necessary to deal with the relationship between commercial and transportation, organize theexternal traffic well, establish the reasonable and orderly traffic routes.The thesis is divided into five chapters to analyse and research on the external traffic oflarge-scale commercial buildings in Guangzhou:Chapter Ⅰ is the part of questions which is an overview of the research content. Itincludes the background and origin, purpose and meaning, current study in China and foreigncountries, content, method and framework of the thesis.Chapter Ⅱ and Chapter Ⅲ are mianly focus on analyzing the problem. First,chapter IIdiscusses the related concept of the large-scale commercial buildings and makes the researchscope of the paperand clearly,then elaborates the development of large-scale commercialbuildings and the external traffic,the present situation and main problems of external traffic inGuangzhou. Chapter Ⅲ elaborates the affective factors of external traffic of large-scalecommercial buildings in Guangzhou,from the aspects of the city, people,building, space andso on.Chapter Ⅳ and Chapter V are the problem-solving part for discussing the theme of thisthesis. Combined with examples of large-scale commercial buildings in Guangzhou, ChapterIV discusses the analyse and research on the external traffic. Through the concrete business case,Chapter V analysis the design and current situation of external traffic. Finally is theconclusion of the paper.
