Research On Urban Planning Demand And Emphasis Of The Rapid Development Area

This article mainly study about rapid development area, analyses the leading problem and planning demand about urban planning in the rapid development area ,thereby obtaining the planning objective and planning emphasis in the rapid development area. The theoretical significance is the research on planning objectives and planning emphases in the rapid development area, providing a certain theoretical basis for the urban planning in the rapid development area; The practical significance is providing reasonable countermeasure about how to plan the rapid development area. On this basis, such problem has been systematic studied which about the urban planning objectives,planning emphases and how to make the urban planning in Changchun city.This article describes the demand and emphases of urban planning in the rapid development area (take example for Changchun city) in the following four aspects.Part one: to relate systemic mostly the basic theory and major contents of urban planning.Part two: to point out the problems and demands which the urban planning in the rapid development area is faced, mainly expatiate the demands and budget about urban planning from two points of view, knows exactly what the demands of urban planning in the rapid development needs.Part three: to base on the part two and point out the objective and emphasis in the rapid development area and the emphasis of urban planning repair.Part four: on the basis of the preceding portions, take example for Changchun city, generalize the actuality of the Changchun city first, then analyse the problem and demand of urban planning in Changchun city, and come up with the emphasis and answer to urban planning and planning revision, which will help us in analyzing the urban planning of the rapid development area.
