Since the 1990s, The energy sources and the environment has more and more influence people's life and the development of society. The requirement of improve the environment which people live on has been more and more serious. In order to meet this requirement, all kinds of electronic vehicles have show their talents. However, because the energy density in the battery can't bear comparison with that in gasoline and can't achieve the level which is required, if we can't break through the technology of battery in the next 10 years, electronic vehicle will not replace the traditional vehicle which only use gasoline engine. In this condition, the up to date "absolute green" production-The Hybrid Electronic Vehicle comes into being.Driven by battery in the dynamic system, the hybrid vehicle can restrict the working area of its engine , reduce its fuel consumption and emissions. Under the condition of fixed structure and parameters, the energy distribution between engine and motor can be realized by control strategy to make sure the engine to work in the area of low fuel consumption and emission and realize the control of fuel consumption and emission.The series /parallel hybrid system has combine characteristic of the series system and that of the parallel hybrid system. It can make two energy sources-gasoline and electricity carry out their function in the operation mode of series,parallel and series /parallel according to different conditions. Consequently, it can achieve compatibility of power performance,fuel efficiency power performance and environment performance.The following paper introduces a kind of a new doubling clutch automatic variable speed coupling box which collects the functions of clutch ,the power synthesis and the variable speed As the improvement from the mechanical transmission foundation, its structure is simple, modifies slightly and invests slightly, the system not only has the functions of power synthesis, variable speed function on a body, but also little transmission components and simple structure. The principle of work is single. The system can be controlled easily.This box collects the function of series schedule, parallel schedule and series/parallel hybrid and can keep the speed of intermediate shaft constant as to keep the speed of output shaft constant. Gear shift mechanism and shifting gears mechanism are added into this box as to supply different torque under the condition of hill climbing and starting when ultimate capacity is definite. As a result, The motor can work appropriately. Meanwhile, different engines can be mated with different motor in this box, so the matching of engine with motor is flexible.In this paper, three dimensions model of the coupling box in the hybrid electronic vehicle is finished by using the software UG,The emulation of this dynamic system is finished by using the software ADAMS as to calibrate this box. A subjunctive emulation system is established as to supply some dates for the further improvement of this boxes and its control strategy.
