The high-speed positioning clutch studied in this paper is one kind of mechanical mating-type clutch with special structure, which is able to work under the conditions of high-speed transmission, in the work process, in addition to transfer some torque, but also to ensure that the process of bonding and separation of the exact position and has fast response characteristics, the overall structure is simple and compact.In this paper, the clutch characteristics, working principle and implementation method of the high-speed positioning clutch are analyzed. The system's three-dimensional model of the high-speed positioning clutch is established after designing the principle scheme, and the strength of some key components is analyzed and verified refers to certain indicators. In combination with an external energy automatic machine, the system's movement transitive relation and the summary kinetic trait chart are analyzed and drawn up, the kinetic equations of the automatic machine and the clutch system are established on this basis. A dynamic simulation analysis software is written on the foundation of the mathematical model.The dynamic characteristics of the high-speed positioning clutch are analyzed by the use of the dynamic simulation analysis software. First of all, the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed positioning clutch are analyzed qualitatively in accordance with the results of simulation analysis when given the combination of different values of parameters of the system damping, the number of the bombs on the transmission lines for shells and the number of fire. A large number of simulations have been compiled in the case of varying parameters. The dynamic characteristics of the high-speed positioning clutch are analyzed quantitatively when the main structural parameters, such as the spring preload, clutch helix angle, the gap and the side gap between the clutch gear teeth and so on, are changing individual within a certain range. The results of the analysis have provided many kinds of methods to improve the performance of the high-speed positioning clutch, and have provided a certain basis and reference for the following multi-parameter optimization analysis. |
