Research & Manufacture Of Test Bench Of Continuously Variable Transmission Clutch For Motorcycle

Clutch and transmission are important parts of vehicles, which cooperate with engine to ensure the vehicles to get drive force and speed in different working conditions in order to make the vehicles have good energy consumption economy and power performance.Based on the motorcycle CVT test bench study item of Dayang group co, ltd of Guangdong province, this paper researches into the theory of motorcycle CVT and motorcycle CVT test bench. And the test bench is manufactured.Referring JB/T 7436-94 and < Method of bed test of continuously variable transmission for motorcycles and mopeds>,this paper confirms test emphasis: mesh rotating rev,shift characteristic,moment transfer characteristic,transmission efficiency.This test bench consists of power machine and a computer which control the machine and get data from the sensor and assistants equipments equipped with the machine.The computer controlling system is a key of test bench , which composed of computer ,A/D board, I/O extend circuit, control circuit of relay, electromagnetic valve, sensor and signature transformation circuit. I choose the high precise sensor and design transformation circuit suited for them; especially I work out the transformation regulating , filtrating and frequency-voltage circuits of rotate speed senor .Data collection board which is developed by my teacher and photoelectric coupling set are used on test bench. The integration of controlling circuits and software could manage all tasks of test bench, such as data collecting, calculating, transforming and send control signal to executor.The software part is developed by means of Visual C++ 6.0, and is mainly composed of five modules: system setting modules, hardware controlling modules, data displaying modules ,data processing modules and help modules .each modules is independent. The system has the characters of user-friendly interface, reliable operation and facilitated maintenance. It matches the demands basically.Motorcycle CVT test bench integrate the computer and mechanical&electronic , develop the experimental level and provide help for products measurement and new products development.
