The diesel engine dynamic characteristics, economical efficiency and discharge which are decided directly by its injection pump performance which is well or not. The injecting pump test bench is essential equipment in the diesel car made, repaired shop and adjustment injection pump.The injecting pump test bench state-of-the-art in both here and abroad and all sorts of oil measurement system (such as measuring cylinder method, volumetric method, weight and density method) philosophy of measurement in injecting pump test bench is discussed in this thesis, also the open question is to analyze. This thesis is to solve the problem of big error and inefficiency in measurement system of old injecting pump test bench, which bring.forward a new type measurement system in injecting pump test bench, the design framework, operating principle performance parameter and so on which is detailed.The sum of study on the subject is contained in this thesis. Including that the design of new type fuel sprayer, the study of law of needle lift motion, the gather of sensor signal, the design of sample hold circuit, the introduction of ADC0809 converter performance parameter, the design display circuit, software system design, and so on.The technical line of this thesis is that intellectualized oil measurement system makes use of sensor technology and single chip computer interface technology, chooses non-contact vibration displacement transducer, gathers displacement signal of needle at the fuel injection time, the electric signal is output by sensor proportional to displacement signal, the non electrical quantity converts to electric signal or other sense signal by sensor. Generally, mixing the interference of the composition ofthe different frequency, so the signal of output by sensor must be filtered, in order to use fuel sprayer needle lift to the time integral calculus (V=\vdt), The electric voltage signal through sampleholding circuit is sent into A/D transducer to single chip computer,, According to distributive value, Fuel time and the diesel temperature to calibrate coefficient to compute under 200 times spray the amount of oil. oil injection times is controlled by controlling injection pump spindle speed to realize. The measurement of rotating velocity in injecting pump test bench by MJKN8-05BL02 Hall magnetic proximity switch speed sensor, which may control oil injection times control, utilizing pulse number output by speed sensor to control relay to make and break.As follow experiments were done:1. The distributive value comparison experiments of the new design fuel injector and national standard fuel injector.2. The different inter-space experiment of nozzle valve assembly push pore and sensor3. The experiment of fuel injector response pressure influenced distributive value variety.Experiments proved that: 1. The new designed fuel injector's distributive value is unacted on by changed parts of its component. The average error of this oil measurement system is 0.70%, which is superior to old 1.26%. 2. The 2mm interspace of sensor and the fuel injector push pore can output optimum signal. The same figure v-t display on oscillograph as the needle lift h-t curve, which is comfortable to formulations of the theory. 3. The new designed fuel injector's distributive value is reducing by injection pressure increasing.The novelty of this thesis:1. The control of electromagnetic relay and measuring cylinder method are taken out in this oil measurement system, which is got rid of the error of measuring cylinder, which madethe construction simple and cost of production cut. .2. The system used automation control of SCM, which realized automatization, increased precision and working efficiency, of oil measurement system.
