The main feature is combining the SCR power conversion and intelligent control system modules,the power modules isolate high-voltage and low-voltage by using the substation converter reactance,getting the first winding of Reactor(high-voltage)and street lamp in series,increasing the second winding(low-voltage)in the reactor.The secondary coil,the SCR and the control systems of fuzzy control algorithms are combined together,it alters the low-voltage to control its high voltage windings changes,thus it reaches the terminal of changing the street lamp's voltage signal in order to carry out energy-saving and the soft starter of the lamp.In this paper,it analysis and makes the deep research on the intelligent lamp control system based on the fuzzy algorithm.It discusses the structure of the intelligent lamp,the designed programme,and the principle of the working,it does the details of the AT89S52 SCM and the flow dedicated chip IR21592 that composed of the hardware circuit,besides,It does some research on the Can Bus,this paper also introduces the software design on Voltage lights for the control,by the time control, environmental control and manual control parameters.It makes the depth analysis on the lighting road agreement,In the algorithm,it carries the fussy way on the road signal.By using the Matlab/Simulink module,the paper contains a lot of the simulations on the lamp module,the simulated result proves the feasibility of the pragramme.Thereby we establish a real system through system test and get the results.Experiments show that the intelligent system of energy-saving and controlling street lamp can significantly improved the street lamps' electricity efficiency and improve the rate factor in energy.Nowadays,the device has a very broad social and business prospects with the utilization of the power resources.
