Electric vehicle gives Prominent advantages to zero-let and non-pollution,so its foreground of developing and researching is quite amplitude.The electrical engineering and its driving control system is the dynamo electric core part within system of the car.this paper focuses on the direct torque control and its improvement control method in the Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor which is based on DSP Microprocessor.Combining with the item of HuBei province-the Research on Automobile Controlled by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)control System.This paper introduced the structure of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and advantage and its mathematics model;comparing the existing control method of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and analyzing the inherence relationship of control method,with the vector theories of the space to analyze the direct torque control,after introduce the Control standard of the electromagnetic torque and stator magnetic flux linkage.With the help of Matlab/Simuink tools,aim to set up each part of PMSM DTC Model and simulation,for the traditional direct torque control have limited space voltage,result in the magnetic flux linkage and torque fluctuation.Combining space vector pulse-width modulation.In view of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system based on the strategy of reference stator flux linkage control system(SVM-DTC),Under the situation which don't change hardware structure to acquire more continuous synthesize voltage space vector,Then achieve magnetic flux linkage and torque accurate control,lower fluctuation,via simulation to validate possibility of theoretical.The accurate observation of stator flux linkage gives high performance to the direct torque control system,it may influence the section of space voltage,this paper introduce the improved introduce observation,to some degree,which adjusts widely and more accurately in the stator flux linkage observation system.On the basic of Theoretical analysis and simulation,the hardware and software are designed for the digital signal Processor(DSP)based system.Furthermore the DSP based DTC control system Platform for PMSM designed.
