Research And Design Of Wireless Gateway On The Smart House Control Center Based On BACnet

Smart home systems are adopted by all domestic facilities connected to a home network system with computers, embedded systems and communication network technology. They can provide people with more convenient and comfortable living environment. The most fundamental purpose of BACnet standard is to give a building automation system to provide interoperable way. The smart home network based on BACnet agreement can be very convenient to use with the agreement of all the equipment and interface, improve the adaptability, transplantation and flexibility of the system as a whole.Based on several wireless communications comparison, ZigBee structure has many characters such as simple and inexpensive, low-power and so on. Although the transmission rate is not high, it has great potential for development in sensing and control applications. Therefore the paper chooses to use the ZigBee as the wireless transmission scheme.The paper combines the actual demand of Wireless Gateway system in the smart home systems to propose a design schema on BACnet / ZigBee Wireless Gateway. The main work is as follows:(1) Discussing the features of a variety of international pop Intelligent Home Network Protocols, and coming to the conclusion that BACnet agreement is the most suitable for the development of intelligent home network protocol standards;(2) By comparing the own characteristics and applications of HomeRF, IrDA, HiperLAN, Bluetooth wireless technology and ZigBee, stating the technical reasons and advantages of selection with the ZigBee wireless technology as the intelligent home network;(3) This article is analysed detailedly from requiring that ZigBee and BACnet protocol on the whole the intelligent home wireless network access systems. BACnet / ZigBee Wireless Gateway as a gateway, not only needs to distinguish the BACnet object and the ZigBee object in the upper formation, moreover needs to realize and the BACnet to ZigBee link interconnection in the lower level. Therefore, this paper will focus on analyzing the BACnet protocol objects and ZigBee data link layer and physical layer protocol;(4) In the hardware, that is, by namely satisfies the design requirements, can also simplify the design the principle choice chip. Through to the chip internal structure analysis, this article proposed the hardware designs plan;(5) In the software, the C language has been developed through the whole system software modules and protocol stack modules; the method of software design used module, the work which must carry out the system divides into several parts, each part separates the design, and finally call by the main program.
