In recent years, we have built more and more high-rise buildings. According to statistics, the residence has eighty percent in the high buildings and the shearwall structure in residence occupant ninty percent because of it's better anti-seismic and arrange. So it is important to optimize the shearwall structure reidence. This paper mainly do the following work to optimize the shearwall structure residence.1.Arrange the shearwall structure residence reasonably on different fortification intensity, calcuate and analysis by PKPM, in order to make them satify the modern building code. Then calculate the structure cost on different fortification intensity.2.Calculate structure loss expectation considering the shearwall structure's first investment, equipment investment and galleryful.3.Make goal function (the sum of cost and loss expectation) drive to minimum to decide the structural optimal fortification intensity. The optimal fortification intensity considering both the structure'cost and its economic and social benefit. 4.When the site (the building located in) fortification intensity is7,we have calculated the structure's optimal fortification intensity is7.32. Then in this paper, on the optimal fortification intensity, the better arrange of the shearwall structure has been done in order to ease the structure gravity and increase the structure's anti-seismic function.5.Optimize the thickness of shearwall structure by using ANSYS considering model analysis, seismic accelerates response spectrum analysis. The target function is the quantity of concrete , the condition is the node displacement of the structure.
