Facing an enertgy crisis at home and abroad, and building energy consumption have a large proportion of the light of this situation. developed countries have already started building energy conservation to alleviate the energy crisis. Since the 1980s, China has promulgated a series of energy-saving building standards and regulations, adopted a series of energy-saving measures to solve the energy problem. Building energy conservation has become a major event related to people's livelihood, the wall -reform have become one of emergencies in civil engineering field . Strengthen the structure of the wall insulation, energy-saving construction is an important component. On this basis, we have developed a new type of concrete - thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete (project of city construction scientific research list in taiyuan) . here over all the country was granted a national invention patent.( Patent No :ZL200610012726.2).In the paper, we give 18 tests based on orthogonal design Bose .with the changes of facts such as :content of glazed hollow bead , density of glazed hollow bead , the strength of cement, cement consumption, the amount of sand, content of special additives we study the law of thermal conductivity, cube compression strength of 28 days of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation concrete changes.Based on the tsets ,two mixes is choiced, in accordance with the relevant norms lightweight aggregate concrete ,tested elastic modulus of concrete At the same time, useed the results of ordinary concrete and other lightweight aggregate concrete modulus of elasticity calculated values were compared.Finally, modeling based on Shanxi Jiangnan Industrial Co., Ltd. the residential building drawings, use of large-scale analysis software ANSYS analysis, material parameters come from the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete and ordinary concrete shear wall structure. Therefore, we can draw some conclusions that:First, with the changes in the amount of glazed hollow bead ,the heat conductivity coefficient of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation concrete has significantly decreased. When the content comes to 120%, the heat conductivity coefficient of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation concrete has been very close to the thermal coefficient of clay brick,but,the strength is higher than the clay brick .this show that it is feasible to use.Second, the measured elastic modulus is different from elastic modulus of ordinary concrete with China's modulus of elasticity formula, China's lightweight aggregate concrete modulus of elasticity formula, the European lightweight aggregate modulus of elasticity formula .it is smaller than the calculated values elastic modulus of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete can not be calculated using the above formula, or be used as amended.Third, in contrast the parameters of the seismic performance, found that glazed hollow bead concrete shear wall structure not only can meet the seismic code requirements, but also have better seismic performance.than ordinary concrete shear wall structure .
