The hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material ("TRM" for short) by hydraulic pipe is a clean and high efficient method, which can transport both solid material and liquid material and which has the merits of transporting pure material, taking less room ,no pollution ,no dehydrating procedure with less energy and less water. So it is a new developed method of piped hydraulic transportation which is good to the continual development of national economy.This method of hydraulic transportation is different with traditional slurry pipeline transportation and common material-log pipeline transportation. The TRM by hydraulic pipe is a rising technology which will be applied widely to industry in the future,so,the research has great theoretical and practical significance.The dissertation was supported by National Natural Science.The technical route in this paper is to combine theoretical studies with model test,especially model test.The experimental research on transportation characteristics of TRM by hydraulic pipe under the different load has been done.The object matter and results are as follows:1. Through early experiments to determine the tube vehicle structure of the test parameters, processing produced a tube vehicle model, design and install TRM testing system.2. By the flow of water at different flow in the pipeline process, we measured the data to calculate drag coefficient along the wayλ, with the establishment of the relationship betweenλand the Reynolds number Re. 3. We has established in the pipeline vehicle rate process the tube vehicle load and the vehicle speed relations. The load and the tube vehicle speed assumes the linear relationship, the tube vehicle's speed increases along with the load reduces. Through identical load under different current capacity experiment, obtains the current capacity influence vehicle speed the primary factor. The vehicle commander and the slenderness ratio certain pipeline vehicle under the identical load condition, the vehicle speed increase along with the current capacity increase, becomes the linear relationship approximately.4. We have obtained under the different load, in the pipeline lifts water time the strength transportation's pressure distribution situation and the same cross-section at different time,pressure change situation with vehicle's movement. Identical specification tube vehicle under different current capacity and different load condition, no matter whether there is tube vehicle's movement, pressure distribution curve tendency approximately same, the value of pressure along with leaves the water inlet the distance to reduce. But to the single measuring point, the tube vehicle not yet the movement to the pressure tap nearby time, this pressure tap pressure maintenance is invariable; When pipeline vehicle movement to pressure tap nearby, this spot its influence, the pressure will be lower gradually; When the pipeline vehicle is far away from nearby the measuring point, the pressure will increase Gradually and maintain the pressure on the same.5. We analyzed the different load to influence to energy consumption in TRM process and the energy consumption value change situation. Under the identical current capacity, the tube vehicle moves the time energy consumption value to increase along with the load increases and the increment of energy consumption is linear proportional load increment relations.6. To has the conduction current strip tube vehicle's movement to carry on the preliminary discussion, has established the angular velocity and the load relationship, has provided the theory basis for tentative data's analysis. 7. To experiments the target the influence sensitivity to carry on the analysis. Ring-like slot width B, load G and current capacity Q will have the influence to the energy consumption, the influence is in turn current capacity Q, ring-like slot width B and load G.The study in this dissertation will offer reference for defining technical element of TRM by hydraulic pipe.The results will be of important value for further study on TRM by hydraulic pipe.
