| Hydraulic servo cylinder is the key component of an electro-hydraulic servo system; nowadays it is also a key equipment of the hydraulic automatic gauge control system of a rolling mill. Especially under the work, the rolling force of the rolling servo cylinder is large, the stroke is short, frequency response is quick, and the testing is difficult. In order to improve the servo cylinder's quality and life, ShaoGuan Hydraulic Components Plant begins this research with Wuhan University of Science & Technology, by the servo cylinder's actual use; this paper have designed a new testing system that refer to the related hydraulic resting standard, and base on several kinds of testing methods. This system can deal with general performance, static and dynamic performance testing of several different standard servo cylinders.Firstly, this paper introduces electro-hydraulic resting technology and servo cylinder testing study status of domestic and foreign.Secondly, studies the testing principle and used methods of cylinder's general and static-dynamic performance detailedly, with an emphasis on the principle and method of the servo cylinder's friction testing .contrasting and analysising several ways to build an instructive basis for testing program's establishment.Thirdly , on the basis on the study of testing objects and testing contents, studies the testing methods of static friction ,dynamic friction, step response and frequency response respectively ,and solves several key problems in testing system .then designs the whole hydraulic testing system ,analysis the system's traits ,the content contains choosing the key composts ,such as the servo valve and sensors.Lastly ,uses the software AMESim to build the model of the servo cylinder's testing system, applies the supper-model function of the software to model and simulate the second-class nozzle flapper valve and hydraulic cylinder ,perfects the whole valve-control non-symmetry cylinder testing system .With the PID adjustment to stabilize the system's testing ,then simulates the advanced testing project .Separately simulates in the real conditions to test the servo cylinder's open-up friction ,dynamic friction ,step response and frequency response ,the results demonstrates the testing project reliable and feasible.According the AMESim simulating results, the designed servo cylinder testing system is proper and effective, it can really test servo cylinder's performance parameter ,the research in this paper provides reference for servo cylinder testing's further deep research and development ,it also provides theory support for t servo cylinders'testing research. |
