In this paper, the structural categories of the hydraulic mount is summarized. The structure and working principle of passive decoupler-inertia track hydraulic mount are analyzed, its mechanics and mathematics model are founded , and its dynamic characteristics is analyzed. On this bases, the differential equations of interior pressure are set according to hydrokinetics, and the expression of hydraulic damping force is got. The damping force is produces by liquid flowing through the inertia track. According to the expression, damping force is in relation to the fluid velocity, inertia track cross-section area and length geometry, density and viscosity of liquid. The dynamic and mathematic models of semi-active control hydraulic mount are proposed according to the expression.Simulation result expresses that inertia track length affect the dynamic characteristics's sensibility. Liquid flowed damping expression show: inertia passage length present a linear relation with the inside damping. So designed a habitual channel length of the semi-active adjustable hydraulic suspension prototype, and the semi-active hydraulic mout-single mass vibration systemis founded. The simulation result of transmissibility show that the long length of inertia track should be applied when the engine working at a low frequency while the little length is used at a high frequency, thus the optimum isolation efficiency can be achieved.
