Based on the existing technique and theory of the storage measurement, this paper designsa scheme of the bullet attitude measurement in flying tests . It also introduces the hardwarecircuits consist ed of the system and some key technologies minutely, mea nwhile detailedanalysis and explanation for ma in logic design are provided .Focusing on the high -overload environment, this paper studies the principle of the bufferfor measuring devices on missile-carrier and offers a buffering model with the combination ofthe bullet attitude measurement system requirements. Meanwhile, the measuring systemadopts the protection measures by irrigation and extra buffering cushions.In the paper, the structure and insta lling of the measure system are provided with structuralcompatibility. At the same time, various emphases and difficulties of the frequent problemsduring design and debugging by me are analyzed, and the deep demonstrations are based onthem. The whole paper forms as follows:1) Introduce the working principle of start reliably. It analyses the problems of fail-sta rtand give s the right scheme based on the software and hardware;2) Put forward to severa l methods in software directed against the problems ofdithering during the signa l transmitting, confirm the effective and feasible onethrough compare;3) Gave suggests on mecha nical structure and preventive measure directed against theenvironment of high-overload and high-impact during blast falling.4) Gave suggests on mecha nical structure and preventive measure directed against theenvironment of high-overload and high-impact during blast falling.At last, the paper analyze s experimental results and waveforms , which proves the feasibilityand excellent repetition of measuring system.
