The method of the mix design of concrete is developed by different states and regions, basing on summing up practical experience continuously and filling with many experienced formulas and rules, and it is deficient in theories. The method of mix design of traditional concrete has not met the needs of mix design of high performance concrete. Therefore, it is significant to find a new method for the concrete used so widely and hugel, which can get the mix proportion meeting the needs of strength, workability, durability quickly and dependably.In this paper, based on the optimal designing of high-performance concrete (HPC) mixture, the mathematics module of the lowest cost of constituent materials of concrete mixtures is set up under the condition of satisfied concrete properties. And solve the problem of optimal designing of mixture with Matlab language; compare with the traditional method, we have got a more satisfying result. It is a ideal way of optimal designing, in mixture of high-performance concrete.And utilize the BP network model in the optimal designing of mixture and performance prediction of high-performance concrete, which is the most mature and extensive use network model in man-made nerve network models. So establish the man-made nerve network model on the optimal designing of mixture and performance prediction of high-performance concrete. Moreover, on this foundation , put up the anaphase performance prediction of high-performance concrete, which have a good instruct effect on optimal designing of high-performance concrete.
