Special-shaped columns frame structure function because of good construction, sound structural layout, and in recent years has won increasingly broad application. This structural system on the need to study more and more, and at the bottom of the special-shaped column of rectangular column as a new framework for the structure of forms, both at home and abroad to study now more attention, but because no form of this type of structure After seismic tests, at home and abroad to such research data structure model relatively small, so the role of such structures in earthquake under the elastic-plastic deformation analysis and evaluation of seismic performance of pilot studies and have many deficiencies. In this paper, through the use of SAP2000 finite element analysis program through the computer simulation on a pin seventh floor at the bottom of the rectangular pillar framework and the special-shaped columns pure profiled a pin seventh floor column framework for flexible and elastic-plastic time-history analysis. ELCENTRO loaded in the model seismic wave, frame structure in the earthquake are under the direction of the various layers of displacement, shear, velocity, acceleration and floors corner.
