Producing the prefabricated beam is an important process of constructing bridge project, its quality and production directly impact on the progress of the quality and expected progress of the whole project. Nowadays, from the general qualitative point of view, the design of the prefabricated beam plant often combines with the experience of builders to meet the main goals of time limit for the bridge, which results in the lack of production in local time of the entire construction period and influences construction progress or increases inventory due to overproduction. Therefore, the research on the design of the prefabricated beam plant and the optimization of production in construction is significance.Based on the summarization for domestic and abroad research status of the design and production of the prefabricated beam plant, this paper analyzes various types of prefabricate beam plant of bridge construction and summarizes the factors which influence the location chosen of prefabricate beam plant. This article expounds the contents and the principles of the layout of the prefabricated beam plant, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to propose a model for evaluation of the layout of the prefabricated beam plant. According to the deficiency of traditional calculation method. for pedestal scale of the prefabricated beam plant and analyzing the characteristic of the prefabricated beam plant of imbalance demand, we advise an algorithm to optimize pedestal scale. This paper sets up the model to optimize the prefabricated beam plant of imbalance demand using dynamic programming, which avoids the scheduling difficulties and waste of resources in the production. The examples suggest that the algorithm and model in this thesis are practical and effective.
