Producing the prefabricated beam is an important process of constructing bridge project, therefore there is a very important significance to research the design and the production arrangements of the prefabricated beam plant in the project construction. The key of the design and the production arrangements of the prefabricated beam plant is how to dispose the beam dadoes, so when all construction enterprises design the prefabricated beam plant they should primarily consider the layout of the beam dadoes. The plant based on single-species prefabricated beams production can be designed by traditional layout solution, but when we design the plant producing multi-species prefabricated beams, the method is not applicable. According to the characteristic of producing the multi-species prefabricated beams, we establish the mathematical model to ascertain the layout of the beam dadoes, which can help decision-makings to design the prefabricated beam plant and arrange production .At first, this paper makes a summary of the location layout and the design of the beam plants of construction enterprises, sums up the current researches about the home and abroad location layout, the production optimization and the designing of the beam plant, then introduces the production technology and processes of the prefabricated beam and establishes the model based on AHP of the selection of the prefabricated beam plant location, expatiates on the content of the design and layout of the beam plant, analyses the all factors of the beam plant impacting the design and layout of the beam plant. Subsequently establishes the optimization model based on integer programming of the layout of the beam dadoes by the real survey on Chang'an beam plant of China Tiesiju, finally demonstrates the fact that when we design the plant producing multi-species prefabricated beams the optimization model method is better than the traditional method by examples, further explain the practical and scientific significance of the model.
