With the increasing demand for assembly rate,new requirements are put forward for the production and supply of prefabricated concrete precast components.It is necessary to meet the demand of quantity and quality of prefabricated buildings,and not blindly start the project of prefabricated components.Oversupply causes waste of resources.Therefore,it is necessary to dynamically predict and reasonably arrange the production of component plants through scientific methods.However,the contradiction between the oversupply of prefabricated concrete members and the uneven allocation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is obvious.As an important part of construction industrialization,the reasonable planning of PC component factory can not only promote the high-quality development of industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also improve the level of regional integration and promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the theory of supply and demand equilibrium and the location theory of industrial layout,supported by GIS spatial analysis technology,this paper uses the improved location allocation model to obtain the layout optimization results of PC component plants in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and puts forward some suggestions on the layout optimization of PC component plants.Taking the precast concrete component factory in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as the research object under the background of regional integration and collaboration,the author mainly completes the following research work:(1)Data collection and quantitative analysis are carried out from the supply side and demand side of PC components in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the supply side and demand side are compared.(2)According to the optimization goal of PC component factory in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the improved location allocation model is constructed,and the LINGO11 computer programming is used to solve the objective function;(3)Through data collection and data processing,the medical service database including administrative division,road traffic network,geographical location of PC component plant and other spatial elements is established.By using the improved location allocation model,the paper makes an empirical study on the optimization of PC component plant layout in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and obtains the optimization results and puts forward the layout optimization strategy;(4)According to the above analysis,the unreasonable supply and demand of PC components in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is optimized and adjusted,and relevant suggestions are put forward.The final conclusion is as follows:(1)This paper forecasts the demand of prefabricated concrete precast components in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in 2020,and obtains that the demand is 3.6955 million m~3,while the total supply of existing PC component plants is 6.38million m~3,which is obviously oversupply,and the overall level of enterprises producing precast components is low,the number of factories increases,but the quality of products is not improved much.The government should control the number of factories and set a reasonable threshold to improve the quality from the supply side.(2)From the results of layout optimization,we can see that the production of PC components in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan is relatively mature,which will attract other cities within the scope and drive the development of PC component production in other cities,forming a point axis system and effectively driving the economic development of the whole region.The production stock of central core functional areas can be reduced from Jing-Shi channel,Jing-Heng channel and Jing-Lang-Cang channel to Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou and Hengshui,so as to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional integration.(3)In order to optimize the overall layout of PC component plants in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,based on GIS platform,considering the transportation cost and demand capacity constraints,the layout optimization model of PC component plants in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region was constructed,and the optimal solution was obtained.It can be seen that the PC component factory layout optimization model constructed in this paper can optimize the existing component factory layout.
