The Integrative Evaluation And Management Of Interferential Load In Electric And Power Market

Quality of electric energy is very important for the stability and safety of power system operating, and it is meaningful to supply eligible and credible power for clients. Under the background of the electric and power marketing reform, it is more important of evaluation and management to all kinds of interferential load which there exist on quality of electric energy. This paper is focusing on the integrative evaluation and management of interferential load. In this article, the causes of interferential load were evaluated and lots of technology methods of preservative, controlling and correcting were discussed. We analyzed how the voltage works on quality of electric energy. With the use of theory of probability and statistics, all indicators of affecting quality of electric energy were examined and classified by grade in order to evaluating indicators of quality of electric energy. On the base of the evaluation, the electric and power was divided into different grades. In addition, the special method of computation and settlement to spot electric energy transaction in Chinese market was introduced in this paper. So, quality of electric energy would come into the market and competition as an important characteristics of electric and power. Accordingly, the evaluation of quality of electric energy was introduced into the electric and power trade.
