With the population rapid increase and high-speed economic development,energy shortage has become the focus of world attention. Especially in the field ofindustry, excessive energy consumption has been increasing enterprise cost andputting pressure on the sustainable development. According to the extensivemanagement and low utilization ratio of energy, it is high time that China should takeenergy-saving measures to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. As one ofthe highly energy-consuming industries, the cement enterprise has been facing manyproblems about electric management, such as metering equipment shortage、lowinformation level、incomplete and discontinuous energy basic data、lack of availableenergy database for analysis and decision, etc. Therefore the top priority should be tobuild an integrated energy service support platform for the enterprises’ energy-saving.The platform can perform the function of data management、 energy analysis、diagnostic assessment、 optimal operation、 information interaction and so on.Based on extensive investigation of electric energy management systemapplication at home and abroad, a system on cement enterprise’ energy informationmanagement has been developed. Using advanced monitoring equipment andcommunication means, the system realize the real-time display of local data anddynamic trace on energy consumption. Meanwhile, electric energy information atdifferent period has been counted and analyzed, which is convenient for users to findout energy consumption trends and timely discover the drawbacks of the productionprocess. Moreover, the decision analysis model was developed to deeply dig energysaving potential, making enterprise utilize energy effectively and reduce energyconsumption.Firstly, in order to clarify the significance of studying on electric monitoring andevaluation, the present research situation of electric information management isreviewed. Secondly, combining with the actual construction demand, the paper putsforward the whole design for structure and introduces information organization mode.Thirdly, the energy collection network hardware platform, consisting of monitoring devices、communication server and master system, is set up by the method of RS485and Ethernet. In addition, data communication flow and its main protocol have beenanalyses specifically. Fourthly, the theoretical models of electric energy analysis aredeveloped. The one is G1group judgments based energy efficiency comprehensiveassessment, which makes judgment on the enterprise current energy situation fromthe whole perspective; the other is GABP neural network algorithm based loadforecasting model, which is beneficial for enterprise to arrange production plan inreason according to electricity demand forecasting. Finally, the electric energyinformation management service platform is explored with the idea ofservice-oriented and object-oriented. By applying ER/Studio to the database design, ithas been realized the concentrated data management and part of the systemapplication cases display.
