As the fossil energy will be exhausted, humans pay more attention to the problems of global environment, so research on a small upward ventilating biomass-gasification stove is of social, economic and environmental significance.The small biomass gasification technology researched by this paper, is based on the following principle. After heating the raw biomass material, the organic hydrocarbons strands with higher molecular weight break into hydrocarbons with low molecular weight, CO, hydrogen and so on, in the condition of burning without enough hypoxic. The reaction is a complicated physical and chemical balance process. It has many affecting factors. The author had done this research on the basis of the invention patents---- "The whole cycle of fixed-biomass-gasification plant", "The biomass molding methods for gasification use" and so on. And with the purpose of tackling the energy problems in rural areas, the author has optimized the design of the major parts of the biomass gasification equipment for family use, operated lots of parameter tests, and done a series of in-depth research and development on the industrial approach of raw materials preparation. The main content and result of the research are as follows:(1)A small upward ventilating biomass-gasification stove has been designed. The stove can meet the gasification request of various kinds of familiar biomass, and can be measure the performances of the gasification in different conditions.(2)This paper has studied the relationship between the in-stove temperature and the rotate speed of fan, the relationship between the character of gas and the rotate speed of fan, the relationship between the kitchen range temperature and the rotate speed of fan, the relationship between the character of gas and the in-stove gasification of molding fuel with catalyzer. The results of the experiment indicate that, in the situation of small amount of air blasting, the in-stove temperature increases notably with the increase of blasting air quantity. But when the blasting air reaches a certain amount, the in-stove temperature begins to increase slowly. The best rotate speed of fan is 2000r/min for this stove.(3)The paper has done a research on the cleaning technology in the gasification system: Catalytic addition to Coke in the furnace can significantly reduce the tar content; the gasification gas which runs through the buffer gas cabinets and gas pipeline can be cooled down, and condense a majority of wastewater and tar. And by using the infra-red utensils, the gas can be pre-combustion. That makes the gas burn completely and without smell. The temperature of the flame on the utensils is 960℃. By using the cutter-feeding, feeding without opening the lid can be realized with no gas leaking. That makes operations constant.(4)The stability research of the gasification technology system has been made in this paper: designing a buffer gas Cabinets can solve the problem of producing gas instability and the shortcoming of purifying ineffectively. The volume of the buffer gas Cabinets is about 1 / 2 the volume of the gasifier. By using the Pearl Rock insulating layer, the Flameout time of the gasification plant will be extended from 12 hours to 72 hours. By using the feed droping device, operation without opening the lid can be realized.(5)The method of preparation of the materials used for gasification has been studied here. This paper has studied the requests of preparation for varieties of raw gasification materials and the selection of corresponding equipments, particularly the molding fuel used for biomass gasification. When the quality proportion of clay and straw is 1:9, the effect of molding and gasification can be good.
