Crop stalk-based Gasification technology is the key dissemination and exportation project 95state in Xinghuo program. The technology converts the crop stalk-based materials to combustible gas that can take the place of liquefied natural gas, such as energizer. So this is a major act in order to project the environment and make full use of crop stalk.Presently the crop stalks-based biomass Gasification and centralized gas-supply system isn't still perfect. The main factors are: 1) the purifier system having problems such as huge device, bas motion and low purifier efficiency so on; (2) bad disposal of tar causing the secondary pollution. For this reason, the distillation, calorific value and viscidity of the tar are analyzed and studied in this paper.From the experimental results the resources-utilization wayof tar and the key technology of biomass gas purification are found. The technology not only can remove the tar and dust, but also can avoid the former system many shortcomings. This paper designs YN03 biomass gas purification in order to join with the biomass cycling fluidized-bed Gasification system of USA. This system has many virtues such as low cost, simple operation, high efficiency and avoiding the secondary pollution and so on.Finally the paper evaluates this system comprehensively from the economic and technological angles and tests it feasible.
