| Motorcycle starter motor is a kind of motor, which works in a short time such as several seconds when motorcycle starts. The starter motor's function is to overcome torque and reach some speed in order to make engine fire. The starter motor's performance influences the motorcycle's performance in the whole. However, there are thousands of the firms where the starter motors are produced and the motor's quality has lots of difference. If we want to guarantee the product's quality ,it is essential to use advanced detecting methods and equipments. The experience of the car's development tells us that the high-caliber products depend on advanced detecting methods and equipment.The topics studied in motorcycle starter motor characteristics and their work performance, combining with the state quality supervision, inspection agencies'basis requests in motorcycle starter motor. Using computer control system as the core of the whole system, we designed the starter motor test equipment for the motor's endurance performance. The test system used industrial control the computer as the core, based on the ISA bus by the photoelectric switch isolation of input and output interface card, parallel A / D converter interface card, a high-speed optical interface card at mold and digital speed card and got starter motor current, voltage, torque, speed, and other related test parameters acquisition; Moreover, a good man-machine interface for efficient test provides a prerequisite.In this paper, firstly, we studied the motorcycle starter motor types and the importance of the starter motor; then introduced the motorcycle work feature of starter motors, and established the permanent magnet starter motor model as an example. After understanding basically the motorcycle starter motor, we introduced testing requirements of the electrical system and the overall program; Finally, the system described in detail the hardware and software components and anti-jamming design.
