Research Of Intelligent Breaker Controller Base On DSP

The ma in function and composing principle of intelligent breaker controller were introduced.Moreover,this paper introduces all sorts of measuring and protecting arithmetic aboutintelligent breaker controller. The hardware and software of the intelligent breaker controller aredesigned to realize the intelligent protection.The ma in function of the intelligent breaker controller in the paper,whose central controlleris TI's DSP TMS320LF2812,is to deal with the sampling data and fault protection of breakers.For the hardware,the standard components and module circuit units are used,some reservefunctions are kept to extend the unit designing in the future. The LCD was LCM192643. Thekeyboard was HD7279A.Software is writed in module,this can make being ma inta ined andadded some function easy tha n ever. The programming tool provided by TI corporation was CCS.Practice prove that this controller design is simple and easy to realize. It could meet thesystem need. Hence,it has high value used in industria l applica tion.
