Energy-saving and environmental protection have become important parts of sustainable development in China. One way of developing the energy-saving is to advance technology achievement. The increasing of airconditing system which consumes more energy yearly in our country not only leads to the electricity supply intension, but also gives a negative effect to environment protection. Therefore researching some new technologies about energy-saving and environmental protection of airconditiing system have important strategy sense. The advantage of Direct Evaporation System with Refrigerant Natural Condensing and Pump Circulating is used refrigerant pump to drive refrigerant run in the pipeline, and bring refrigerant effect to the end users. Without the compressor which consumes most energy in refrigerant system, the new system's energy and transportation will be apparent reduced. Therefore the system's failure rate will be decreased because of the decrease of expansion valve. In foreign countries, the technology research is still in the initial stage, due to the technology conform to the development of energy-saving air-conditioning trend, the new cooling system will have broad market prospect.In this paper, the mathematical model for different refrigerants such as R12, R22, R134a and air have been established by the matlab computer language. The distributed parameter model for evaporation, condenser and refrigerant pipeline and lumped parameter model for refrigerant pump have been builded in the Direct Evaporation System with Refrigerant Natural Condensing and Pump Circulating, and obtained the parameters and characteristics in steady-state operation of the various components and systems. Through the system simulation, the operations and characteristics of refrigerant operate in refrigeration components were be described. On this basis, the paper analysised different operating parameters to system performance in the steady-state operating condition, and compared the operating characteristics of the system in different refrigerant conditions, and provide a theoretical basis for deeper development and application.
