While the most oilfields of our country enter the stage of high water cut, the requirement of exploreing equipment for gas becomes higher and higher. But for many years, the power of pumping unit is all rotary motor whatever the beam pumping unit or the no beam pumping unit. It must through complex enegy transformation and transportation to realize straight reciprocating motion. So the problems such as low efficiency,"big horse drags small car"and unstable are inevitable. In order to resolve these problems, the submersible linear motor pumping unit emerged.The submersible linear motor pumping unit changes the motion mechanism of traditional pumping unit. It uses the straight reciprocating motion of the linear motor directly to drive the movement of pumping rod and achieve the goal of lifting the liquid of oil wells. The linear motor, which is the important part of the submersible linear motor pumping unit, is the main research object of this dissertation.Firstly, simply introduces the types, the development of the pumping unit and the main problems which exist in our country and abroad. The basic structure, operational principle, development trend and current research situations of linear motor are introduced too. Then, on the basis of contrasting all kinds of linear motor, it chooses tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor as the pumping unit for power systerm. Through the research on the sepecial construction and the equal circuit, it suggests the main design parameters of pumping unit and tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor which is working in actual working conditionsto, determines the size and instruction, also calculats the electromagnetic and the capability. Then using the soft of ansys to do the electromagnetic analysis of the motor, analyse it's magnetic fields and calculat it's electromagnetic force, then verificate the results of force. At last compared with the measured data of normal pumping unit, it proves that this new submersible linear motor pumping unit has higher system efficiency than normal ones.This dissertation is valuable in application and study of science in this kind of motor and pumping unit.
