Key Cylindrical Permanent Magnet Linear Motor Design

As a new type of oil exploitation equipment,submersible pumping unit changes the traditional mechanism of the unit's movement,using the reciprocating movement of the linear motor to drive reciprocating plunger pump to work directly,so as to cut down the rods,solve the problem of partial grind of sucker rods and pipelines and improve the efficiency of the system.As is the core of a submersible linear pumping unit,the research of submersible linear motor has great theoretical significance and value of engineering application.Tubular permanent magnet linear motor,a new type of linear motor,is more suitable for characterizing as submersible linear motor,because of its excellent comprehensive performance.This paper will take tubular permanent magnet linear motor as the research subject.This paper firstly introduces the domestic and international general research situation of linear motors,expounds the basic structure of the linear motor and work principle.In order to get the best drive system performance,this paper presents a comparison and selection of structure and working Principle of submersible linear motor,determines the primary,secondary and the design points of the motor.The analytic method preliminarily determines the motor of the electromagnetic design plan and uses Ansoft software to make the transient magnetic field simulation analysis.It is concluded that the motor work characteristic curves provide the basis of the optimization design for the motor.
